We do offer local drop-off and pick-up. Please contact us for this service.
Shipping
Orders do have a processing time of 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). After the processing period is concluded, your order will be shipped out via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days) and you will receive your tracking number in your order fulfillment email.
Refunds or Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Returns or refunds are only allowed if something happens on my behalf.
Cancellations
If you place an order and would like to cancel it, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. There will be a cancellation fee deducted if you choose to cancel the order.
LOST or Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Meaning we will not replace the order or give a refund.
